We are halfway through our school week!
Today the preschoolers started their day by coloring a Thanksgiving picture. The preschoolers took note of the Pilgrims and Native Americans in the picture.
During circle time we talked a lot about Thanksgiving and what it means to be thankful. We went around the circle and all of the preschoolers shared something they were thankful for.
Pastor Biber led us in chapel today! (The preschoolers absolutely love Pastor and are always so excited to see him!) We talked more about what it meant to be thankful and each time someone shared, we thanked God for giving us those things!
Our project of the day was to share with a teacher what we were thankful for. After that the preschoolers used crayons to draw and color a picture of what they are thankful for! These were sent home today in your child’s folder, be sure to check them out!! I made copies of what each friend made and I am going to create a class book out of our creations!
Tonight is the PTL Dinner Fundraiser at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop on Watson from 5-8!
There will be no school next week due to Teacher Conferences in the Ozarks and Thanksgiving break.
Have a blessed day!
